WoS/BWO Inventory — Terms of Use

Authorized business use
WoS/BWO Inventory is provided for authorized inventory and purchasing work by staff working with BuyWinesOnline and WineonSale. Use requires the business administrator's permission and the appropriate access to the connected systems and report folder. Publishing this information page does not grant access to those systems or reports.
Using reports
Reports describe the source data and criteria used when they were generated. Staff should review report dates, exceptions, inventory differences, and unreceived supplier orders before making purchasing or receiving decisions. Reorder recommendations are planning information; the Google Drive report-delivery connection does not place supplier orders or change inventory.
Availability and access
Report creation and delivery depend on the reporting computer, its connection, and the availability of the connected services. Previously uploaded files remain subject to Google Drive permissions. Administrators control employee access and may change or remove that access.
