Inventory reports for authorized staff
WoS/BWO Inventory is a business inventory reporting connection used by authorized staff working with BuyWinesOnline and WineonSale. It prepares wine reorder lists and inventory comparison workbooks using the business's connected inventory systems.
Google Drive report delivery
The connection uploads completed Excel workbooks to a Google Drive folder selected by its administrator. Staff open and download reports using their own Google accounts and the folder permissions granted by the administrator. This page does not provide access to the app, inventory records, or reports.
The Google connection requests access only to specific files and folders selected for this app and files the app creates. It does not require access to every file in the administrator's Google Drive. The report connection does not change folder sharing permissions.
