Our shipping rates below are some of the best in the industry!
1 bottle shipping starts at just $25!
For every additional bottle, the shipping rate is increased by $1, up to $39 for 15 bottles shipping.
2 package shipping starts at 16 bottles of wine and 3 package shipping starts at 31 bottles of wine with the pricing structure following the above method.

Wine Shipping
Most orders will leave one of our locations within 1 to 2 business days and will be delivered within a few days. All orders will get an automated tracking email sent out so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not get one within a couple days.
After orders are processed, shipping times will vary based on which state the wine is in transit towards.
Fedex and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If you are unable to sign for the package, we can arrange to have the package held at a local Fedex/UPS location for you to pick-up. Fedex and UPS will hold these packages for 5 days before returning it back to us. **If a shipment is sent back to us due to anything other than damage, we reserve the right to hold return fees or charge a reshipment fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.**
Shipping Direct to Hold Location
We offer the convenient option of shipping directly to thousands of hold locations where your package can be picked up within 5 days of it arriving there. You can find this option during checkout. Please make sure you bring a valid US ID as well as your tracking number when picking up your package.
Express Shipping
We have express shipping available during checkout. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday please contact us for a quote as express shipments are typically only delivered Monday through Friday.
Wine Packaging
We ship out all packages in 100% recyclable pulp to prevent breakage as well as double walled boxes.
Extreme Weather Shipping
In cases of extreme heat or extreme cold, we may hold packages in our climate controlled locations until weather is more optimal for shipping wine to ensure it arrives to you in good condition.No-Ship States
Buy Wines Online currently does not ship alcohol to AL, MI, MS, UT, HI, AK
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All orders are shipped by applicable Licensed Retailers or Wineries. Title to such wine passes from the applicable Licensed Retailer or Winery to the Buyer upon the shipment of your order. By placing an order, the buyer warrants that the wine is only for personal consumption and not for resale. Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 21 years of age.
Returns & Replacements
We are happy to assist you! If there are any issues with the wine, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know and we will arrange for the pickup of your package and once the package is returned back to us we will issue a refund for the returned items. Please email us at Orders@BuyWinesOnline.com. Please note that there may be return and restocking fees associated with returning product.
Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver is eligible to be refunded for the amount of the product only and shipping charges will not be able to be refunded. If your package needs to be rerouted to a FedEx or UPS Hold Location please let us know prior to the package being sent back after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and we will put in the hold location reroute request. Please note that there may be return and restocking fees associated with returning product.
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made after 30 days.
If your package was damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be happy to get out a replacement package as soon as possible!
