Garnet in color opening with aromas of red cherries, plums, cocoa powder, with hints for fresh herbs, cedar box and earth. Medium body wine with lush texture, firm tannins and balanced acidity shows flavors of cherries, raspberry, dark chocolate, cinnamon stick, and vanilla bean with a touch of dried herbs. Peak drinking within 3-5 years from vintage date but will age nicely up to 10 years. Pairs well with grilled rib eye or beef bourguignon or mushroom gratin.

James Suckling Review - Rated 92:
Very cool nose, showing green and black olives, dried meat, exotic wild herbs and cassis. A full-bodied red, showing dusty, polished tannins and quite a long finish. Some subtle caramel at the end.
