J Vineyards & Winery is a Sonoma County-based winery that was founded in 1986 by Judy Jordan, with a focus on producing sparkling wines. Today, the winery has expanded its portfolio to include still wines as well. J Vineyards produces a range of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris wines, with an emphasis on balance, elegance, and complexity.
J Vineyards sources its fruit from a variety of vineyards throughout the Russian River Valley, including its own J Estate Vineyard, which is certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance. The winery produces several different Pinot Noirs, ranging from its flagship Russian River Valley Pinot Noir to its high-end, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, such as the Strata and Nicole's Vineyard.
