The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a California Sauvignon Blanc, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from cool-climate growing areas across the state. The grapes are harvested in the cooler nighttime and morning hours and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve their freshness and bright fruit character. The wine offers aromas of lemon, lime, green apple, Thai basil and floral honey, followed by crisp citrus and fresh-fruit flavors and a clean, refreshing finish.
