Crafted by Sanford Winery, a pioneer in the Sta. The grapes were carefully handpicked and sorted before undergoing fermentation with native yeasts. The wine was then aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, adding a subtle layer of toasty vanilla and spice notes that complement the fruit-driven flavors.
