Rustico is connected to the old local tradition of making wine using short second fermentation in the bottle and leaving the sediments in the wine. Although no longer the technique, the name has remained and is consdered to be a brand name.
Nino Franco was founded in 1919 by Antonio Franco in Valdobbiadene. The winery is located at the foot of the Prealps, in the Venetian region and proud to be one of the oldest wineries in Valdobbiadene. Known for their Prosecco vine, the estate has been growing and evolving thoughout four generations of producers.
The color is Straw-colored, bright. The aroma is Very fine, persistent, pleasant, crisp, fruity and flowery. The taste is creamy, refreshing and balanced.
