Tasting Notes and Description
Mont'Albano, a pioneer in organic viticulture since the 1980s, crafts this Amarone in the heart of Valpolicella in northeastern Italy. The wine is made using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate flavors and structure.
This Amarone is rich and complex, offering deep layers of dried cherry, fig, dark chocolate, and baking spice. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, it finishes with elegance and power. A perfect pairing for roasted meats or aged cheeses.
