Marco Felluga Mongris Collio Pinot Grigio 2025 (750 ml) Tasting Notes
Marco Felluga Mongris is a Pinot Grigio from the Collio DOC, sourced from vineyards around Farra d'Isonzo, San Floriano and Cormons. Its name combines the Italian term for a single-varietal wine with the Friulian word for gray, a direct reference to the grape.
The grapes are hand harvested, followed by cold maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Six months of lees refinement precede bottle aging. The finished wine is golden yellow with copper hints, showing acacia, broom and apple aromas with a structured, fruit-led palate and long finish.
