Iron Horse Wedding Cuvée 2020 is the estate's interpretation of Blanc de Noirs, built from 84% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay. The fruit is grown in Green Valley of the Russian River Valley, where cool coastal conditions support gradual development and freshness.
Made by the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the wine completes its second fermentation in bottle and rests for more than four years before disgorging. Raspberry, strawberry and lemon zest lead into vibrant fruit, a creamy texture, fine persistent bubbles and a crisp finish.
