The 2024 Honig Sauvignon Blanc blends 99% Sauvignon Blanc with 1% Semillon from Napa and Lake County fruit. Orange blossom and jasmine lead into white peach, Meyer lemon and grapefruit, creating a bright aromatic profile supported by enough mid-palate richness to remain balanced rather than sharp.
The grapes were harvested in cool nighttime and early-morning conditions, then whole-cluster pressed and fermented at moderately cool temperatures in stainless steel. Aging on light lees before blending and bottling preserves freshness while building texture, finishing crisp and clean in Honig's classic style.
