The winemaking reflects the estate’s biodynamic ethos and precision-driven style, typically incorporating 30–50% whole-cluster fermentation and modest new oak, depending on the vintage conditions. On the nose, this wine is vibrant and perfumed, showcasing red cherry, cassis, grilled meat, cedar, and nuances of dark spices and black mineral tones.
