Domaine Roger and Christophe Moreux Tradition Sancerre 2024 (750 ml) Tasting Notes
Domaine Roger & Christophe Moreux Tradition Sancerre 2024 is a dry Sauvignon Blanc from Chavignol in France’s Loire Valley. Its clay-limestone slopes are known locally as terres blanches.
Fresh herbal aromas and flinty mineral notes introduce a supple palate with lively acidity. A delicate blackcurrant-bud note adds interest to the crisp finish.
The wine matures for six to eight months in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Serve it lightly chilled with fish in a delicate sauce, shellfish or goat cheese.
