A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet Franc the leviathan wine is lush yet powerful with blackberry, currant, dark chocolate and savory herbs with a dense, velvety finish on the palate. Tasty and delicious now, Leviathan exhibits blackberry and asphalt aromas with some violet and rose petals and will surely improve with age.
Leviathan red blend is from legendary winemaker Andy Erickson, the former winemaker for Screaming Eagle. With Leviathan red wine, Andy has the freedom to pursue his passion of crafting one red blend wine sourced from the best regions in California.
