Château German Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux 2022 is a French red from the Alain Aubert family estate in Saint-Magne-de-Castillon. The estate's vineyard is planted to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry notes are joined by toasted accents. Fruit and tannins give this Bordeaux red its structure, while a fresh finish brings balance.
The grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Serve this 750 ml bottling with roast beef, lamb or hearty mushroom dishes.
