The cuvee brings together fruit from Vinsobres and Villafranchian terraces in the Gard, continuing Saint Cosme's long-running approach to southern Rhone Syrah. Its structure and savory spice make it a natural partner for grilled or roasted meats, mushrooms, and herb-driven dishes.
