Avignonesi Grifi Sangio-Cabernet: The Avignonesi Grifi Sangio-Cabernet is an elegant Tuscan red wine that combines Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It boasts aromas of dark berries, plums, and hints of tobacco. The palate is complex and well-structured, offering flavors of black cherry, cassis, and a subtle herbal note. With fine tannins and a long, persistent finish, it's a delightful expression of the Montepulciano terroir.

Excellent purity and ripeness to the fruit-expressive nose, but this still has some complexity to offer, too. Some violets, graphite and spices to the fresh blue fruit and slate. I like the texture here on the palate with fresh, fine-grained tannins and a cooling finish. Long, fresh and juicy. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold.
