ANDREW Syrah 2023 comes from Paso Robles, California, where winemaker Philip Zorn combines 90% Syrah with 10% Petite Sirah. Fruit is sourced from the organically farmed ANDREW Vineyard in the Creston District.
Blackberry, plum and blueberry flavors meet peppery spice, cocoa and vanilla in this generous, full-bodied red. The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel, matured for nine months in American oak, then blended for a supple texture and lingering finish.
Pair it with braised beef short ribs or grilled lamb. The 2023 vintage earned 93 points from James Suckling.
