Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 (750 ml)

The 2023 JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon is a Paso Robles red with a deep ruby color and a fruit-forward profile shaped by black cherry cobbler, blackberry, boysenberry, and cassis. Sage, dried herbs, roasted red bell pepper, and leather add savory complexity, while balanced acidity and tannins give the wine a structured, generous palate.

Hand-picked grapes were berry sorted before fermentation, and the wine spent 15 months in small American oak barrels, including 25% new oak. Barrel spice, chocolate, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla complement the dark fruit, leading to a finish marked by blackcurrant and dark chocolate cherry cordial.
