Initially, the wine may present a juicy and slightly candied profile which, upon decanting, evolves into a more structured experience with flavors of cherry, licorice, raspberry, and nuances of blueberry and mocha. The finish is described as long-lasting, with lingering oak and spice notes. It is recommended to decant this wine for about 30 minutes to fully appreciate its complexity. This wine is appreciated for its excellent value, especially given its organic certification since 2002.
