This classic Brunello is made with only the finest grapes from the Manachiara and Casale del Bosco estates, and follows the strict DOCG laws required for a classified Brunello di Montalcino.
After being carefully handpicked and sorted, the fruit undergoes a fermentation and maceration process of at least 24 days at a controlled temperature of less than 86°F. The wine is then aged for 12 months in new and used French oak barriques (Allier), followed by 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Finally, the wine is bottle-aged for at least 12 months before being released, ensuring that every sip of Tenute Silvio Nardi Brunello di Montalcino 2017 is nothing short of exceptional.
