It's a lovely expression of this noble grape (which ages in French oak for 18 months). It has what I can only describe as a slightly wild side of dried bramble that is characteristic of a South African Cabernet Sauvignon. It finishes with balanced acidity and mineral tones that keep it fresh and light on its feet.
