Italy: Allegrini Palazzo della Torre - Veneto, Italy
This wine is elegant and well balanced, with a good structure and aroma. Ruby red in color with purple hues, it offers light hints of raisins, sophisticated notes of vanilla, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. It has a long, velvety finish and soft tannins.
Easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavored with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork.
Blend: Corvina Veronese 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 25%, Sangiovese 5%

France: Château Saint-Sulpice Bordeaux - Bordeaux, France
This wine is vinified as if it were a "classified growth": complete de-stemming, eight-day fermentation in new temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aging in vats for several months before bottling. This approach emphasizes the natural red fruit characters. The wine exhibits black cherry, spice and plum notes, with great depth and balance.
Blend: 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, %5 Cabernet Franc
Retail Value: $17
Spain: La Rioja Alta Vina Alberdi Reserva Tempranillo - Rioja, Spain
Intense, medium-high depth, ruby-red; clean and bright. The nose particularly stands for its red fruit (raspberries, wild strawberries and red plums), which give way to notes of vanilla, nutmeg, caramel and cedar from barrel aging. Flavor-packed, balanced and very fresh, with smooth, friendly tannins.
Retail Value: $24
Argentina: Catena Malbec - Mendoza, Argentina
Through decades of study and exploration within Mendoza's high altitude mountain terroirs, the Catena family has identified special locations for its Estate vineyards. From the marriage of these historic vineyards emerges a wine of unique character that has natural balance, concentration and a distinct varietal identity.
Retail Value: $20
Australia: Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz - Barossa Valley, Australia
Aromatic plum and raspberries with freshness and balance, the wine has a round central core of red fruit that gives way to a complex mid-palate full of cassis, dark cherry, spice and vanilla. While offering immense pleasure in its youth, the 2018 Woodcutter’s - Shiraz will certainly develop into an impressive wine with a few more years in the cellar.
