Upon opening the 2019 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, aromas of black cherry and cassis fill the glass, followed by a hint of mocha. On the palate, bold tannins are balanced with concentrated flavors of ripe fig with savory notes of black olive and dried herbs. Well structured and full bodied, this Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable now, but will age beautifully over the next 5-10 years.

Robert Parker Wine Advocate Review - Rated 93:
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon (tasted as a barrel sample) is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petite Sirah, 3% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. Deep purple-black colored, it opens with a classic cassis and cedar nose, plus notions of pencil lead, mulberries and black raspberries, with a hint of camphor. Medium to full-bodied, it has compelling freshness and vibrancy in the mouth, framed by grainy tannins and finishing with a red berry lift.
