This Cabernet Franc is ruby red in color with soft violet tones. The nose has intense aromas and concentrated notes of cassis, ripe currants, and sweet spices including black pepper and cloves. His tenure provides integrated oak notes of cedar and vanilla. Fresh impact and excellent structure on the palate, reminiscent of ripe red fruits with hints of eucalyptus and tagged black pepper. This wine has an excellent balance and elegance with a well-structured, persistent finish.

Wine Spectator Review - Issue Dec 15, 2021 - Rated 90:
There's a lush spiciness to the raspberry and red plum flavors that are framed by suave acidity and tannins in this red, which has a minerally verve to the finish, with hints of white pepper. Drink now through 2024. 2,200 cases made, 1,700 cases imported. — KM
Robert Parker Wine Advocate Review - Issue 31st Mar 2021 - Rated 93:
The elegant, spicy, peppery and floral 2018 Cabernet Franc contains 10% Malbec, as these varietal bottling are rarely 100% varietal. It has intense and pungent flavors reminiscent of freshly cracked black peppercorns and wild herbs. The ripeness is contained, and the wine has a surprisingly low pH that provides very good freshness and a vibrant palate, more so given the very fine tannins and the tasty flavors that lift up the finish. Superb Cabernet Franc at an unbeatable price. 26,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2019 after 15 months in centenary oak foudres. - Luis Gutiérrez
James Suckling Review - Published June 22, 2021 - Rated 93:
Aromas of crushed berries with chili and mineral undertones. It’s full-bodied with firm tannins. Structured and savory. Tannic finish with length. Hints of herbs to the blackberry fruit character. Try after 2022, to let the tannins soften a bit. But already attractive.
