La Piu Belle is a shining cherry red. It smells of ripe red fruits, cherry, blackberry with floral touches of violets and lavender. Subtle aromas of eucalyptus, cedar and tobacco. Medium-high acidity, juicy tannins, intense and of good volume and structure.
Pairs well with smoked duck breast and grilled salmon.

Ripe and plush to the nose with some opulent spicy fruit, blackberries, dark plums and a hint of chocolate. Full-bodied and rich on the palate with dense, nicely chewy tannins and a pretty long finish. Nice acidity freshens it up. A blend of carmenere, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. 23 months in barrels, of which 45% is new Barroir oak (French barrels toasted with local oak trees). Around 15% of the wine was aged in amphorae made with local clay for eight months.

To make this wine, grapes are sourced from vineyards in Millahue, Cachapoal Valley. Aged in barrels for 24 months, this blend has a nose of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by cinnamon. Tannins have enough grip to holdfruit flavors accented by vanilla, light notes of black pepper and bell pepper.
